As a Producer at Embark, you’ll execute game roadmaps and goals within a cross-functional team. Your role involves creating and improving structures and processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day work and communication for enhanced productivity.

• Execute product roadmaps and goals for multiple teams
• Ensure internal and external communication and coordination of work
• Facilitate day-to-day processes, establishing and improving ways of working
• Ensure team productivity and focus
• Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders

• Proven experience in Producer/Project Manager roles within game development
• Expertise in managing projects from concept to release/live service
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments and cross-functional team settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
