Join Embark as an Online Game Programmer, working on ARC Raiders and THE FINALS. Contribute to high-quality online services and integrations, collaborating closely with game teams on features like Persistent Inventory, Friends, Voice Chat, Anti-Cheat, Progression, and Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create core metagame systems for the games
- Collaborate with game designers to innovate player engagement strategies
- Design and develop friends, party, and chat systems
- Utilize data for designing matchmaking rules
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in C++
- Ambition in pushing the boundaries of next gen
- Professional experience with online systems in games
- Experience working with or close to game design
