Embark Studios is a AAA studio based in Stockholm. They are currently seeking an experienced Engagement Designer to join their game team. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and balancing meta game features to enhance player experiences, collaborating with various teams to analyze feature performance and ensure long-term engagement as part of the Live Service strategy.

• Collaborate on the design of metagame and progression systems, aiming for sustained player retention and engagement
• Articulate, pitch, and present engagement features and systems for project adoption and development
• Ensure seamless integration of retention and engagement features into a cohesive experience design
• Conduct impact analyses on game changes, whilst identifying opportunities
• Continuously balance and optimize retention and engagement features with a focus on maximizing player enjoyment and engagement

• 4 years + of experience
• Expertise in balancing in-game economies
• Live service game development xp
