As an Economy Designer, you will shape player experiences and drive business success by crafting economy and balance rules. This studio makes cross-platform games and serves millions of players on web, social and mobile.

• Manage all aspects of game monetization, including virtual goods pricing and balancing incentivized purchased items in the game economy
• Develop game specifications from conception to launch, incorporating economy and playability testing to optimize monetization and user retention
• Collaborate closely with game designers to align player behavior, systems, and creative game design for maximum impact
• Analyze game economies of target genres to understand how mechanics influence monetization potential and player behavior
• Communicate a comprehensive view of the game economy and systems, facilitating the evaluation of concepts and ideas within the economy context
• Provide clear documentation, diagrams, calculation models, analyses, wireframes, and prototypes for system and economy components

• At least 3 years’ experience in successful game system design, balancing, pacing, and monetization strategies for F2P games
• Proficient in building analytical models and tools to simulate and analyze game economies and player behaviour
• Strong econometrics skills
• Deep understanding of the social gaming industry, free-to-play
• Fluency in English is a must
