Embark is AAA studio in Stockholm, Sweden known for their multiplayer shooter IPs: ARC Raiders & The Finals. They are searching for an Analytics Director to play a crucial role in the commercial and data organization, providing support for both IPs. This person will also lead a team of Data Scientists and Business Analysts.

• Convert extensive data into actionable insights
• Effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Challenge the status quo, and think creatively to solve complex problems
• Deliver business insights with a focus on maximizing revenue
• Interpret data and confidently communicate data-driven recommendations
• Have experience in the gaming industry or other sectors with short implementation cycles
• Demonstrate a well-grounded understanding of the gaming industry, ideally coupled with a strong personal interest in it.
