Description
Join this VR studio as Principal VFX Artist to work on unannounced AAA IP that’s being developed in Unreal Engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality VFX using a variety of techniques and styles
- Research and implement innovative VFX techniques
- Monitor the impact of VFX on performance and make adjustments accordingly
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine’s Niagara Systems.
- Proven technical ability, seamlessly transitioning from content creation to in-game implementation
- Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine, including shaders, blueprints, and particle systems
- Solid understanding of performance implications and optimization techniques
- Established modeling and texturing skills
- Proficient in pixel and vertex shaders
- Extensive expertise in special effects software such as FumeFX, RealFlow, Embergen, and Houdini
