Description
Become a part of this VR studio and work AAA VR game based on a global franchise. Join them as a Lead Level Designer in Amsterdam and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a high-level plan for designing, implementing, and validating levels.
- Coordinate the efforts of the level design team
- Manage the workload and productivity of a team of up to five level designers
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team creative expression and productivity
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in creating levels for console/PC action-adventure games throughout the full development cycle.
- In-depth understanding of the Unreal Engine level creation pipeline.
- Highly organized and forward-looking, skilled in communicating design information across disciplines.
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on work in the engine to demonstrate best-of-class implementation.
